Policies and Procedures
1. Reservations. Parties may be scheduled up 6 weeks in advance of your desired party date. Please note your deposit confirms and secures your reservation. The balance is due the day of your event.
2. Deposit. A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your party reservation.
3. Forms of payment. We accept personal checks or money orders on deposits. Payments accepted for final payment are cash or personal checks.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling. If you need to cancel your party for any reason, we cannot refund your deposit, as we begin shopping and preparing for your party in advance. We will gladly work with you to reschedule your party.
6. Inclement weather or illness. In the case of severe weather or illness of the Pretty In Pink Parties event hostess, we reserve the right to reschedule your party. If you choose to cancel the services of Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc. at that time, please remember your deposit is non-refundable. If the guest of honor becomes ill, we will gladly work with you to choose an alternate date for your party.
7. RSVP confirmation. You will need to confirm your final guest count with Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc. at least four days prior to the party. This will be the confirmed number that Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc. will use to plan your party, thus you will be charged accordingly.
8. Guest Attendance. Some guests may not show up even if they RSVP. Please remember you will be charged for the final headcount you confirmed prior to the party, regardless of a child not showing, because we use this headcount to make preparations for your event.
9. Siblings of guests. Siblings may come as long as they are supervised, as we provide many accessories that contain small parts and they may not be appropriate for children under the age of 3. Also, please remember that our party package covers only the birthday child and their guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate unexpected guests or siblings of guests, as we prepare out parties based on the final headcount given to us prior to the party.
10. Liability: Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc, its owners and employees assume no responsibility or liability for accidents, allergies relating to food items, clothing, or make-up, injuries to party guests, or property damage. As professional event planners, we can assure you we will provide a safe and entertaining environment for your guests.
11. Damage: We understand that accidents can happen, however, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage sustained to costumes and property of Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc.
12. Other Considerations: For purposes of maintaining the highest quality of our costumes, we kindly ask that any food and beverages that will be served to the children while in costume be approved beforehand. Beverages should be light colored or clear. We reserve the right to refuse certain food items that may damage our costumes. Please let us know beforehand what food items you would like to serve. Although we understand accidents may happen, the client may be held responsible for excessive damage to Pretty In Pink Parties, Inc. property. |
